Catalyst and Liverpool Arts Forum Promotional Night

Liverpool’s two finest cultural organisations staged an entertaining promotional evening, to celebrate the launch of the Arts Forum and Catalyst’s continued success in keeping its finger on the pulse of what is happening in the city.

Caroline Black for the Arts Forum and Lesley Fraser for Catalyst each gave a brief outline of their group’s activities, before a large and enthusiastic crowd greeted performances from a range of local artists. There were acoustic sets from Joanne Roberts and Jools, flautist Louie and Jimmy Sangster, and local legend Mike Field. Alice Lenkiewicz also read some of her poetry, and finally Neil Campbell treated the audience to a display of his intricate guitar playing.
