"Made Safe started in 1996, based in Dingle, with a group of artists pissed off because we were being excluded form all this money coming into our area and people telling us what we should be doing."

SAFE's projects so far have included the history of the area in which their pieces are displayed, they have reduced vandalism in the area, involved the community itself, raised the funds themselves and promoted local artists in Liverpool.
